Business trips to China.

Don't come to China to sightsee. Come to do business. We organise the agenda, the factory visits, the fairs and the meetings — and we go with you.

Going to China changes the negotiation

A supplier treats someone who has walked their factory differently. Seeing the plant, touching the product and sitting at the table changes the price, the lead times and the seriousness of the relationship. It's the difference between being one more email and being a client with a face.

What we organise

  • Factory visit agenda, pre-selected for what you're looking for — not for who pays to be shown.
  • Canton Fair and sector fairs: registration, a walkthrough with criteria and filtered contacts.
  • Interpreter with your industry's technical vocabulary, not generic translation.
  • Transport and accommodation arranged around the agenda.
  • Accompaniment in every meeting, start to finish.

The Canton Fair

It is the largest trade fair in China, held twice a year in Guangzhou in three phases by product category. Going without a plan wastes the trip: it's kilometres of aisles. Going with a shortlist of stands and appointments already booked is a different thing entirely.

After the trip

The trip doesn't end when you fly home. We stay here: we continue the negotiation, manage the purchase and inspect the order. That's the point of having a partner in China rather than a guide.

FAQ

When is the Canton Fair?

Twice a year, in spring and autumn, split into three phases by product type. Exact dates are published annually by the organisers — message us and we'll tell you which phase matches your category.

Do I need a visa to enter China?

It depends on your nationality and the purpose of the trip. Exemption and transit arrangements change often, so confirm with the consulate well in advance.

We advise on the business visa type and the invitation letter when one is needed.

Can I go without speaking Chinese or English?

Yes. We go with you to the meetings and translate using the product's technical vocabulary, which is where deals get lost.

How many days should I stay?

For fairs, three to five days. If you also want factory visits, one week to ten days, since plants are usually spread across several cities.
